Travel in The Twin citites

Dear Minneapolis, St. Paul, MN. You may keep your construction zones. We spent an additional hour and a half trans versing your fair cities. I must say, I do not care for your construction on 94 and 694. I can not imagine those freeways during rush hour.

On a brighter note, we made it as far as Ashby MN. The weather is fantastic and even now at 9:21 p.m. there is plenty of light to sit outside beside the camp playground watching the kids burn off energy and updating the blog via the free wi-fi.

Here you can see the view from our camp site.

That place looks lovely! If you love that daylight, wait til you hit Alaska! :)

Looks like a nice campground, hope besides traffic you had a pleasant drive and that you are having fun. Be safe out there. Sam & Donna.

I'm guessing that once you get out of the States you'll not encounter much of that rush hour traffic! The view looks spectacular...wishing that I had thought to be a stow-away!

Constructions zones are never fun. Glad you got off and running though. btw there were a few construction zones in AK too. They literally stop and escort you through the construction. But the good thing is you just shut down and relax for a half hour or so then start up and return to your travels once through the area.
